Find last non blank cell and return the header

In my attachment, I want to find the last non blank cell after finding the first cell.

For example, Calvin worked on 12/31/2014 for 1.5 hrs. 12/31/2014 is the first value found after blanks. His last day worked before he took a break was 01/03/2015. I want it to give me the header of the last day before a blank cell.

I hope this makes sense, I'm new to this site so if you need clarification please ask!
