Seperating Multiple Data in a Cell into Single Data Individual Cells

I look forward to a solution in regards to separating multiple data in a single cell. This attached excel file Excel Example.xls contains data that was converted from a PDF file. There are a few cells I would like to have the data separated resulting in each cell with single data fields. For example the Column F shows the following DB sq rail equal insert sloped sill all in one cell and it needs to be separated into (5) separate cells as follows: F2 DB, G2 sq rail, H2 equal, I2 insert, J2 sloped sill. There is no need for the remaining K-Q cell and they could be deleted. The same applies for cell S2 shows WH/CV and should be S2 WH and T2CV.

The data will not always be the same in regards to the charter however, the number of charters will remain the same. For example: DB could be CT or CS or GL ect. The number of charters will be same if there is 2 there will always be 3 if there is 3 there will always be 3.
