Raw data (text) to populate monthly report

Hi there, I'm looking for a way to populate a monthly report (with raw data on a master sheet) automatically based on locations (each location on their own sheet) and filtering by date (if possible?). I tried a LOOKUP function but as I have mutilple values this doesn't seem to work as it only returns the first value. Help would be greatly appreciated!
