Multiple Criteria and Multiple sheets

Help me to get the data using 2 criteria in many sheets.

I have collated the data into sheet 1 and then applied formula see if this works for u

The Data were on sheet1, sheet2 and sheet3. And now my concerned was i want to lookup the value where my criteria are date and letters

i need is the formula will accross in multiple sheet without using "SUM" because what if the result will be words?

what do you mean each letters never appears in more that 1 sheet?
MY concerned was the data are on the sheet 1, sheet 2, sheet 3.
I want to appear the corresponding number of letters and date when my criteria are date and letters.

like for example whe i put in criteria "M" and the date was on 5/15/2015 i want to appear the number 123

The Dates in each sheets was fix. in Result sheet the date and the letters are the input and the number are output. and i hope the formula will applicable if the result is words.
