Conditional formatting each row in a large table

I have a table with 10 rows and many columns. I'd like to conditional format every row, so that the highest and lowest values OF EACH ROW is clear. I'm currently highlighting each row and conditional formatting it that way. Is there a faster way to do this?

If I highlight the entire table and apply a Color Scale, it will scale it depending on the value of each cell relative to the entire table. Please help me if you can.

    Thank you!

    Hello
You can apply ordinary conditional formatting to an entire table but unfortunately not with Color Scales as they don't accept relative references.
