Link data from multiple worksheets into 1 worksheet

I have an excel file that has multiple tabs in it. Every month we have to populate up to 20 sheets for presentation.

I would like to link/copy data from individual worksheets on to master sheet i.e. PP. We are currently linked each cell manually to individual sheets. for actual, budgets and last year actual. Each month we have to change the links as the link require current month data.

Is there any way that lookup function works based on date? i.e. if I can use Date function, and based on date, excel lookup the relevant cell and populates the data from correct cell. I have tried index and match function and for date Choose function as well but didn't work.

I have attach the spreadsheet with master data and multiple source data file.
