Conditional Format not working as expected

Could someone please check out this conditional format for me I am sure I am doing it correctly but for some reason it doesnt appear to work as planned

    The columns concerned are D8:D25
with CF formula D8:D25<=0 format white text in AD7:AD22

If there is an entry in column D8:D25 then all the cells in AD7:AD22 should show a number but it currently only shows for cell AD13

You have values in Cells D8:D25, they are all zero except D14

    Use this in CF

    =$D8:$D25=""

It looks like you want this instead for your conditional formula:

Right now your formula looks row by row, so any row that has a value >0 is not going to be white, all others will be white.

    Can't see the problem.
If D8:D25 is <=0 then format AD8:AD22 as white text on a white background.

Enter -1 in D8, copy is to D25, AD8:AD22 has white text on white background.
Enter 1 in D8, copy to D25, AD8:AD22 has black text white background.

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

Re: Conditional Format not working as expected

I tried both Ace_XL and Nigelbloomys formulas and not getting the required result.
With D8:D25 blank then AD7:AD22 should be white text on white background.
