I am in need of a formula, that tells me the attendance of Club members.

Our Rotary club has been doing things manually for years. It is time to drag them into the 20th century at least.

I have a spreadsheet that has all the members, the meeting dates. What I would like is a simple. ha ha, formula to show each members attendance as a percentage.

As soon as I can figure out how I will upload a sample of what I think I want.

    Here!

Put this in B3 and drag down

    =COUNTIF($C3:$BB3,"yes")/COUNTA($C3:$BB3)
    Cheers!

    Hi,
Put this in B3 and copy down.

    =COUNTIF(C3:BB3,"Yes")/COUNTA(C3:BB3)

Thank you gentlemen, this must to be a great forum to get two replies this quick.
However this returns a incorrect percentages as you move along. I have entered 6 yes and 6 no and gives a result of 33% and it should be 50%.

Check that the range(s) isn't changing when you drag down. If you want to lock it on specific columns, but leave the rows available to change (as you drag-down), write it like this:
