Ranking Top 10 table

Hello All,

I'm trying to rank people.

In Column M is the names. Column N is the number of infractions. In Colum I i would like to list in order of the highest number the names of the people that come up. Please see excel file.

I'm also trying to do this with colum N and O as well.

Anyone with "0" i would like to ignore.
