Highlight Duplicate Values

Hello, does anyone know if it is possible to highlight duplicate values that are 'within' the cells?

I appreciate you can highlight duplicate values using the standard 'Conditional Formatting' function however, it is the text within the cells that I am looking to match.

For example:

Apple 001
Banana 002
Carrot 001
Date 003
Egg 001
Fish 004
Grape 005

The duplicate values for these would be 001 (x3)

Presuming that 'Apple 001' is in cell A1;

In B1 put =RIGHT(A1,3)

And Format column B
