Highlight duplicate values
Hi there,
Please could someone tell me how to highlight duplicate values in a column, but without highlighting the blank cells? There are many of these, so are showing up as duplicates. The column has 5000 or so lines of data and I am only interested in actual duplicate values.

How do you want to highlight? Using another column or using color formatting?
Have you tried using conditional formatting if you want to highlight through colors?

I was trying to do it using a colour via the Conditional Formatting tab. Unfortunately, it turned all the blanks cells red as well as the duplicates.

Highlight your range(Let's say A1:A100)
Then in Conditional format rules, use this formula.
=COUNTIF($A$1:$A$100,$A1)>1
Choose your color>>OK.
Is it, OK for you??
