Need to reference cells and then copy cells three rows below that cell into next sheet

I need help with being able to reference a cell from the first sheet and then to copy the reference and drag to copy the cells three rows beneath it and repeat.

Reference in sheet 1 is:
=Sheet1!A32

I want to be able to have a formula that will be able to copy and drag to get A35 in the next cell.

This formula is just incrementing normally and not skipping every three cell as I wanted in sheet 1.
