Conditional formatting- one cell to be coloured by 2 different conditions at the same time

    Hi Guys,

I need to make conditional format of cell so that have few conditions and colours at the same time.
    a b
    21% 5%
    23% 24%
    4% 3%
    4% 9%
    39% 45%
    23% 27%
    23% 26%
    47% 52%

column B should be formatted at the same time with 2 conditions
    1st condition: if value in b <= a, b should be red
2nd condition: if b-a>5, b should be green
if nothing of those, it should stay as it is.

    I'm sending attached file.
    Thanks!

    Select B1

    Conditional Formatting
    New Rule
    Use a formula to determine...

    =(B1 < =A1)
    format as red

    =(B1-A1 > 5)
    format as green

se Format painter (paintbrush icon) to copy to other cells

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

Thanks Special, this worked, I didn't know that I can set 2 times conditional formatting and that both will be active.
Only I had to enter b1-a1 > 0.5 because of percentage, I didn't realise that first.

    THanks one more time!

Ah yep, for some reason you cant enter percentages in a Conditional Format, has to be the decimal value.
