Dependent Dropdowns with Values

Been searching the web for a while and can not find a solution to my problem.

I am creating a spreadsheet that will be used as a points calcualtor. Most of the document includes dropdows that output a point value (using vlookup). I have a couple items I needs to use dependent dropdowns on. For example, the user would select a service, then in a second dropdown they would select the amount and this would output the points in another cell.

I have attached a simplified example of what I am trying to do with the dropdowns and sample data.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
