Index Formular between two files

Hi everyone,

so im trying to create an orderingstystem for a friend of mine.

So basically i have a customerfile which reports to the file "Kundenbestellung". You can see the formular which has been created when you click on the cells in the "Kundenbestellung". Now i want to connect "Kundenbestellung" with "Herstellerbestellung".
When in "Kundenbestellung" a Producer (Hersteller) in picked, i want certain information like the last name, Article, Size etc. to be automatically added in the file "Herstellerbestellung". I made two screenshots, which might help to understand it better.

So far, i was not very succesful Can somebody please help me?

Does the Hersteller appear multiple times in Col E (i.e. it is not unique)? Do you want an automatic transfer of all rows from Kundenbestellung to Herstellerbestellunguen (i.e as soon as Hersteller is entered on a new line, it transfers it to the other workbook)? Or do you want the change intitiated when Hersteller is manually entered into Herstellerbestellungen?

thank you for trying to help, i highly appreciate it!!

So the "Herstellers" can be quiet different. Actually it is going to be a dropdown menu where the user can pick from around 30 "hersteller".
My idea is, that when a certain hersteller is selected, that the information like name, article, size and so on are automatically copied at the "Herstellerbestellung"
