Can't get Advanced filter to list "overdue" invoices paid after certain date

If I ever knew how to do this, I've forgotten!

Attached file 151028 LATE PAYMENT FILTER.xlsx has list of dates showing when invoices were due and when they were actually paid.

Need a formula in the Advanced Filter to extract all the invoices where (a) any date in Col D is later than date in Col C, and (b) date in Col D is after a certain date (e.g. 10/10/15).

Look at the attached file. Hopefully this will do something like you require. You have to create a comparison formula with a blank heading to meet the required criteria for the filter, there's also a cell to enter the 'after' date for the Invoice Paid column.

Adding the "blank" column certainly doesn't ring any bells, so I've learned something today!
