Adding a new Condition to a current Formula

Hi Folks

I am using this Formula successfully:

and I want to incorporate this new condition:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

(this is a new COUNTIF condition).

the cell for the "<=$A$1" is in the same Workbook as the formula.

I just cannot get it right.

Add this to the beginning or end of your formula (or in the middle as long as it's between criteria)

Data!$A$2:$A$5000,"<=" & $A$1
