Adding an IF condition into an existing formula.

Thank you for your time. I have an attached spreadsheet that contains 3 Tabs. Summary, Query and Matrix.

This project is for me to report the transfers of Units that are AUTHORIZED and UNAUTHORIZED.

The Matrix tab shows the store numbers with the 3 approved stores.

The formula has been entered already for this - it will tell me which stores made Authorized or Unauthorized transfers.

On the QUERY TAB, i entered a new column "MD TYPE" on D8. it has two options its PERM or REG. If the transfer is an AUTHORIZED(column E) transfer based upon the MATRIX TAB - but if it is REG than it is then to be considered UNAUTHORIZED. What formula can I enter to let me if it its Authorized or Unauthorized?
