Vlookup Returning Data from Row Above

Hi,
This is my first post, excellent forum!

Workbook attached. I have a simple issue with my workbook. I am using the Vlookup function to pull data from separate sheets using ranges. My issue is that when the lookup value is not present on the sheet I am pulling from, it populates data from the lookup value in the previous row. I would like it to simply populate zero or N/A.

Example is Row 22 on Sheet 1, columns H-U. It pulls all the values for the lookup value on line 21

Range 3 = Sheet 3
Range 4 = Sheet 4

Please help

You did not mention the match type . Try this

=VLOOKUP(B2,RANGE4,2,0)
