Conditional Formatting Issue

Hello,

I hope all is well. I am working on a blood pressure log, and have one column (Column D) for the top number, and one column (Column E) for the bottom number. I am trying to use conditional formatting to highlight both cells to indicate whether the values entered are normal (green), prehypertension (yellow), stage 1 hypertension (orange), and stage 2 hypertension (red).

I can get it so that each cell is highlighted based on the value of that cell alone, however, I would like both cells (D and E) to be highlighted based on the following criteria:

- Green if Column D is less than 120 AND Column E is less than 80.
- Yellow if Column D is between 120-139 OR Column E is between 80-89.
- Orange if Column D is between 140-159 OR Column E is between 90-99.
- Red if Column D is greater than or equal to 160 than 120 OR Column E is greater than or equal to 100.

So if the blood pressure entered is 140/70, I want both cells (D and E) highlighted orange, and not just D (140) highlighted orange and E (70) highlighted green.

When using conditional formatting, is it possible to do IF/AND or IF/OR for specific ranges?
