Rank position of repeating labels

Hello all,

I have a list of facilities, cost centers, and sub accounts. I need to rank the subaccount everytime it appears in the facility and cost center combo.

In the Attached file: I would like, in column D, a rank order of those sub accounts every time they are repeated in that Facility and Cost Center, so 1600 should be 1 and 1601 should be 2.

=SUMPRODUCT(--($A$2:A2=A2)*($B$2:B2=B2))
