    Reversing data order

    Hi all
    I'm sure there is probably a simple answer to this one but i'm not skilled enough in Excel to see it. I have data downloaded in a vertical time format from a website but the data is in reverse data order to what I needed (file attached). Is there a function or formula to reverse the data so that the top value becomes the bottom etc? Transpose won't work as this just moves the data to horizontal but in the same order.

    Presumably 1.3 means 01:30:00 ???

    Why don't you just select the range and sort the data by column B ?

    Why don't you just select the range and sort the data by column B ?
    Assuming there may be data for one day present (big assumption), might be useful to sort on column A too.

    Thanks Special-K. I was so busy looking for a specific function that I was sure would be in Excel, I didn't see the obvious. That should do it.
