    index and match return #N/A (from different sheet)

    Hi All,

    I have this samplebook excel files and need to compare the person and book title from sheet 1 and compared with sheet2.
    I need to get the reference no from sheet2, I am using index and match formula, however,the result always #N/A.
    Any suggestion really appreciated.
