Want A Pop Up Of A Row Of Data From Somewhere Else In The Spreadsheet

I have cut and paste a map .jpeg into one tab of my spreadsheet. I have data about the map in a second tab.

I'd like for a pop up box to appear over the map when I click on a certain location. The pop up box would contain data, from a row in the second tab, related to that certain location.

How can I do that? Thank you for your help!

This "Popup" show/hide is only possible using VBA

Can you please post a sample workbook?
