Generate a list of mismatches between two excel docs

I have two excel docs
Both have a column for employee IDs
There is a column for a unit tagged against each employee ID
I want to generate a list of all the mismatches in unit tagged between the two sheets with columns for the units which they are tagged to in doc 1 and units which they are tagged to in doc 2.

Please guide me! Stuck with this at work
