Formula to pull highest cell value from range

This is probably a painstakingly easy question but I'm stumped.

I am working on an incentive tracking spreadsheet and I am running into issues getting it to work.

I'm looking for a formula that allows me to populate a cell with specific values from a range depending upon highest number. Each of the cells in this (very small) range may contain values depending upon if previous criteria is met. Blank cells will populate this range as well.

Example sheet attached. You'll see C3 through E3 populate differing values depending upon the performance metrics entered in B3. In this three cell range, there may never be more than one cell with a value; there may be zero cells with values. Ideally, I'd like a formula for F3 that will review C3:E3, determine if a value exists in that range, then populate F3 with that corresponding value.

I hope my rambling makes sense, please let me know if anyone would like further clarification.

    Thanks very much!

if im getting what you want
just take the "" away from the IF formula
    c3
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    d3

then you can make column F3

Enter this formula in a cell:

    ="1"+"1"
