    Fire Apparatus

I have a problem. I'm trying to rank a fire apparatus in the order in which they got on scene. Cell D2 is a concatenated A2 and C2, then I sorted them by column D. I'm trying to make column E work but can't seem to make it happen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    A B C D E
1 ID Appartus Resp. Time(sec) Sort Order Order
    2 103 MEDIC1 159 103-159 1
    3 104 E1 288 104-288 1
    4 104 TRUCK4 477 104-477 2
    5 104 E3 515 104-514 3
    6 121 E1 129 121-128 1
    7 121 CAR1 142 121-141 2
    8 121 MEDIC1 201 121-200 3
    9 121 E3 293 121-292 4
    10 121 TRUCK4 300 121-299 5

    Re: Fire Apparatus

Why not just sort by time?

What's the point of the catenation?

    Cell D2 is a concatenated A2 and C2
Not in your example on lines 5 to 10.

    Re: Fire Apparatus

When I concatenate the two cells, they give me the order in which they arrived, but I need column E to say this apparatus was 1st due, 2nd due...
