Phasing project development cost

Hi

I have project with different phases and each phase have its own sheet, and I want to put CAPEX (development cost) before 6 months of phase starting date, below is the example:

Y1 Y2 Y3 Y4 Y5

Phase 1 will start in Y2 with total CAPEX 100
Phase 2 will start in Y3 with total CAPEX 200
Phase 3 will start in Y4 with total CAPEX 300

is there a formula that can do the same?

knowing that I have a lot of phases and I want a formula that I can copy past into other phases.
