    Formula To Calculate Service Level

    Hi there,

    I need to make a quick formula to calculate a service level.

    The target is 95%.

    As an example let’s say 95 calls were offered and 70 were answered. What is the service level and what forumula would you use to calculate it.

    Another example would be 100 calls were offered and 95 were answered which would be a service level of 95% just need help making the formula to calculate!

    Thanks in advance for your help.

    The formula is this:

    =(70/95)*100

    Answered calls divided by calls offered multiplied by 100, which gives you the percentage of calls answered.

    You can do it using cell references thus:

    =(A1/B1)*100

    where A1 is answered calls and B1 is calls offered.

    Do you just need a formula to calculate the percentage?

    If yes, then put number of calls offered in say cell A1 and calls answered in say B1 and in C1 use this formula-
    =B1/A1

    Now right click cell C1 >> format cells > percentage >> OK

    Hope that helps!

    =A1/B1

    B1=95 (Calls offered)
    A1=70 (Calls answered)

    Format cell as %
