    Conditional formatting with Icons

Hello everyone, is it possible to make the Icon formatting work by Formatting values where a formula is true?
For example, I have a pivot with 3 rows. I want to make values in the row have either a green of a red cursor depending whether the value is greater than the value in the cell before it.
    For example:
    Product A [ 20] [^ 25] [v 20]
    Product B [ 30] [v 25] [v 20]
    Product C [ 19] [^ 25] [^ 30]
    ^ - green cursos
    v - red cursos.
I'm at work, so I can't upload the excel..

No, unless you used macros to insert them.

Here is a workaround though. I don't know how reasonible it is to set up in your worksheet.

Insert columns between each column of numbers.
In the empty columns (let's say C2 for example) copied down
    =D2-B2
Then use Conditional formatting on these columns with
    Green > 0 Number
    Yellow >= 0 Number
    Red < 0
Click on the option to Only show the Icons (no numbers)
To complete the illusion, View Tab> Uncheck Gridlines
Place borders around pairs of cells.
    See attacchment.
