Copy result from cell with formula to empty cell

I am trying to do some gerrymandering of a sheet to work with Zapier, which won't pull the results data from a cell, only the formula in that cell. What I am trying to do is to create a formula, for instance, in cell F3 to copy the result of the formula in cell E3 and place it into empty cell G3. This would then fill down for each additional row formed.

I would consider either a macro or copying and special pasting "values only" if it isn't a lot of data

I was actually able to "Push" results from one sheet to another successfully, instead of trying to do it on the same sheet.
