DESPARATE NEED OF HELP: Separation of Addresses, Duplicates and Non Separation

    Hi All,

I have a mass spreadsheet of near on 78,000 addresses. I have managed to separate the majority of the addresses in to the adjacent columns, but there are still a few that are exactly the same, even after completing the comma function, for example: 123 alphabet street alphabet town.

Also, there are some addresses that have duplicate parts of the address: 123 alphabet street alphabet town 123 alphabet street

Any ideas on how to solve this? This has been driving me nuts..

Could you provide a small sample workbook (without sensitive data), including how you are currently separating these.

I'm not sure how you're doing this and what it is exactly you need to achieve, so perhaps some manually entered examples of what you want will also help

    Thanks

Can you post a sample file (not image) of those addresses that are problematic.

to upload a file, click "Go advanced" then scroll down to "Mange Attachments"

I will have to do something for you tomorrow as my head is complete mush right now.. the comma formula i used: =SUBSTITUTE (A1,CHAR(10),","&CHAR(10)), the clean up formula i used: =CLEAN(B2), then i did convert text to column if that helps at the moment.
