Hi All,
Geometry Trigonometry where not my strong subjects at school and that was very very long time ago. no this creates a big problem. I have searched the net and come up blank.
I'm was going to develop a spread sheet to automatically calculate the vertical distance between to parallel lines on a variety of slopes. I all ways have two known distances. The slop given as rise over run and the perpendicular distance between the lines.
I would like to be able to input the two known distances, display the result in some graph showing the lines and there distances, that could be printed out.
This is beyond me but may be simple for the gurus of Excel
thanks in advance
