Hi guys!
I have two rows with the same data but one row is inverted. For example, see screenshot
I need such formula that would match me these inverted values like in my screenshot.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Why is H5 not OxfordMoscow?
Do you have a list of cities so that a function would have a chance of determining where the strings should be split?

Richard Buttrey, there no OxfordMoscow in Row2 hence, I assume, that the function won't be able to find any values for it when matching.
Do not really understand what you mean by list of cities?
Do you mean like this?
Amsterdam
London
Paris
Moscow
etc?
If I understand well you want compare two cols and show result in third col. Try this (change references suitable):confirmed by CSEFormula:Please Login or Register to view this content.
Maybe it is long but have no more time, sorry

I didn't mention row 2. I was asking about H5.
You appear to want the column A values 'reversed. So the results in G1:G5 are your original A1:A5, and H2:H4 take the G1:G4 values and swap the cities around. H5 though is different, in fact its empty and I was asking why since it's not consistent.
I asked whether there was a separate list of cities so that the first few characters in each cell could be checked against this master list of cities to see if there is a city that matches those characters. This would be useful in helping determine where the city/city string should be split.
