    Paid Time Off Hours Formula

    I'm needing help on writing a formula for Paid Time Off Hours Accrual
    Please see attached work book.file:///C:/Users/Roberts/Downloads/Book1.xlsx

    one more thing can you tell me how to have it stop figuring the hours once it reaches the maximum hours then start figuring again once hours have been used?

    I'm guessing you're referring to M2.

    If so, you can check for greater than of between K2 and L2.

    =IF(L2>K2,"",K2-L2)
