Hyperlink

I was hoping someone could help me out for what am trying to do. How to add a hyperlink to the corresponding Cell no.
See attached file for easy ref.

in Cell A4 the AWB no. is 2959251783 how can I add a hyperlink with address above then copy the no. in the last part of hyperlink address?
