display blank cell until cells are filled with dates to calcualte days

I am calculating dates for days between start dates in the top cells, but I want the cells above the blank cells to stay blank until the blank cells are filled then it will return the days between the two dates. the formula I'm using for the days of last vehicle is =NETWORKDAYS(D19,D20). I'm assuming it is probably an if/then statement but unsure how to create the statement.
One way...
=IF(COUNT(D19,D20)<2,"",NETWORKDAYS(D19,D20))
