Drop Down Menu Problem

So here is my issue...

I have a SUMIFS formula in place that is hinging on 3 pieces of criteria. First being a range of dates, Second being a Location, and the third being a Reason.

I have a drop down that will change my data by Reason.

This is the formula that I am working with

=SUMIFS(Refund_Data!$Q:$Q,Refund_Data!$BL:$BL,C$2,Refund_Data!$V:$V,$A4,Refund_Data!AZ:AZ,'Rolling Refund Analysis'!$B$3)

This works flawlessly but my problem is once something is selected from the drop down there is no way to see a grand total.

Is there any way to fix this? Did I make any sense?

Can you attach a sample file to see what we are working with (make sure you remove sensitive info)? What do you mean that the drop down will change data by Reason?
