Matching values in tables

hi.

i have 2 tables, TabA and TabB. i need to fill data in rows that meet certain conditions. if B3 in TabB equals range C:C in TabA, and D7 in TabB equals G:G in TabA than D8 in TabB should be filled. Row 8 in TabB equals H:H in TabA. So, for example:

B3 is 150229 and M7 is 2015 / 10
M8 should be 2.404.

for N7 is 2015 / 11 N8 shoul be 7.409, etc.

how do i acomplish this?
