You can "Save as" your file as PDF.

But i mean is it possible if i click save, it then saves it as an excel file but then at the same time a PDF, so i dont have to save it twice.
Im doing a job order sheet which then fills out a delivery not and invoice but my Boss wants to save the excel but then it create PDFs all at the same time is that possible
You will need a VBA macro to do that.
No idea what that is sorry i'm only a basic mans for excel
