    Obtain header label based on 2 range criteria

    Hi gang,

    This is a puzzle for me. I want a formula to determine if a user's body fat content is lean, ideal, average or bad based on these ranges per age per gender:

    I already have the table on excel, but not sure how to upload it. It's been a while since I've used the site guys. Sorry.

    From the above you can see that I basically re-arranged in ranges the information from the first chart above. So I'd like the results in C27 and C33.

    EDIT: Sorry guys, the classification for the second example should be "Above Average" in Red.

    Well, that's clever.

    Question: You see that there are some big gaps in between classifications? For instance for Males age bracket of 26-30, the upper border for IDEAL is 16.4 and the starting point for Average is 18.1. Well, lets say that a person in this age bracket has a Fat % of 17. That number is closer to IDEAL than it is to Average. But the formula will result in "Average". Any idea how to make this happen?
