Need Formula Help (warning total excel newbie alert)

Hello Folks ,

Need help with a fuel calculating spreadsheet. What is the proper formula for dividing the numerical value of a cell by 2, limiting that value to 193 and if there is a remaining difference showing the difference in another cell?

I'd like to have the cell's displayed content to show no more than 193. If the value exceeds more than 193 I like to show the difference in another cell. Thanks, G
