A Challenge Just For You!

Let's say it's annual review time at Coca Cola Company.

Jon, Tom, and Mike have each chosen 3 individuals to rate their work performance. Thus they are the ones being reviewed.

I would now like to list out all the people who were chosen to review someone and list all the people they have to review. Such as below:

How would I go about doing this for a larger set of data?
