Condition Formatting duplicate values on the same row

Hi All,

Trying to make an answer key for multiple choice grid.

This is what I have:

1 a b c d e e
2 a b c d e c
3 a b c d e a
4 a b c d e e
5 a b c d e d
6 a b c d e e
7 a b c d e a
8 a b c d e b
9 a b c d e d
10 a b c d e a

The answers are on the far right. All the letters are in their own columns.

But I would like the box with the answer in the middle (A-E) to turn red. Is there a condition format for this?
