Approaching Dates with Conditional Formatting

1. If the date in column I is PAST today’s date, the row is highlighted red
=AND(O2="", $I2>today())

2. If the date in column I is three days from now or equal to today, the row is highlighted yellow.
=AND($O2="",$I2<=TODAY()+3,$I2>=TODAY())

3. If a date is placed in column O, the two aforementioned rules are turned off / no longer apply.

No colour with the 'Stop if True' ticked.

=$O2>0

Sucuri is preventing the other CFs but see the file.
However please note the strange anomaly that we encountered in this similar Conditionl Format thread a few days ago.

The CFs don't take immediate effect. You will have to select another tab and come back of widen or narrow one column by a few pixels.
