formulas don't work anymore if sheet gets separated

Hi,
every time when i run a macro (by clicking blue button "email" in the sheet), this particular sheet (for one company) will be copied to be a separate excel file.

when i close it and re-open it, some formulas don't work anymore.
does anyone know how i should solve this problem?

if a formula and its source are on the same sheet it is better to remove sheet name from a link

PS Why are there so many empty modules?
