Format based upon the value of a neighboring column

Since you guys solved my last problem so brilliantly, I have another one.

I have two columns on a spreadsheet. If Column A is Greater than Column B, I want the format to be that the color is green and the cell is bold.
Can't figure out how to use the conditional formatting to make this work.

    Any ideas?

Thanks again! I love this forum!

Create a new conditional formatting rule of the type "use a formula to determine which cells to format". Type this formula into the formula field and select the formatting options you want:
    =$A1>$B1

If the formatting does not work as expected, edit the rule's formula and ensure that there are no "$" signs in front of the cell numbers. I have attached a sample.

    Have fun with it.

If you attach a sample of your workbook it will be easier to find a solution. Remember to remove/replace sensitive data before uploading the file. Look here if you need help with attachments:

I tried it. But it didn't work, and I can't figure out why. I'm attaching the spreadsheet, can you look? It's column H vs. Column I. Is it because those columns have formulas?

Sorry but I'm having difficulty downloading workbooks from the forum. Someone else may be willing to help.
