    Formula to take off the last digit and replace it with a digit in another cell

    Basically what I'm looking for is a way to take off the last digit in a string of numbers and replace it with a value from a different cell.

    What I'm looking for:

    A B C D
    1 0 50 50
    2 1 60 111
    3 1 -40 71
    4 1 -80 -11

    This is scoring for spades so the ones place is just a count that is calculated in row A, row B is the hand total points and row C is the running total for the game.

    In cell C4 it is found by subtracting the 70 and the 80 and then replacing the 0 with the 1 from column A.

    I hope this is clear, i am completely stuck as to how else to figure this out every formula i do yields -9 which isn't correct for game scoring (even though it is mathematically correct)

    I'm not clear on where the 70 and 80 are coming from, but assuming the following:

    A B C D
    1 1 80 70 -11

    The -11 in D is calculated using:
