Extract numbers from 4 sheets if date available

Hello Friends

Please refer the attached excel 2010 file.

I want to extract the values from 4 sheets (Sheet1 to Sheet4) in Column H if corresponding Column J have date.

I have plotted the expected result by formula in Sheet 5 light yellow and light green cells.

Hi,

Not sure if this is the best way. You can use a Pivot Table Wizard to consolidate multiple ranges.
The Wizard isn't on the standard ribbon. You have to add it through the customization process.

Attached is a version of your example with a consolidated range Pivot Table in Sheet 6.

I have to ask: why is the data on 4 sheets to start with rather than initially consolidated into 1??

Becuase it is per actual application / usage. I have to maintain 4 different application numbers and need to combine for 1 type of report.
