Rotating List

I have a list of names and phone numbers (with a title row) that can vary in number from 15 to 20 or so. I would like to be able to open the spreadsheet and either click on the header column or click a button and have the top name go to the bottom and all other names rotate UP one spot. I've found a macro for doing this but can't figure out how to make it NOT include the title.

Here's what I've come up with by modifying some code I found on another site. It works but it includes the title which I'm trying to avoid.

If you have a macro then please post it' it'll save someone redoing from scratch...

If you use my suggested change, you can increase the range for a longer list by changing the last cell reference :

Change A10 to A20 ... extends the list down to Row 20

Change A10 to A100 ... extends the list down to Row 100

Change it to how ever long you want the list.
